Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or faulty.

  • The item remains unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

To be eligible for a return, proof of purchase and clear photos of the item may be required.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Opened, worn, washed, or used underwear and intimate garments.

  • Products without original packaging or tags.

  • Sale, clearance, or promotional items unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled and will be subject to this Return & Refund Policy.
